We treat everyone as being equlal - it doesn't matter if you own the company or are a team member, it doesn't matter if you are young or more mature, nor does it matter if you are female or male.
- Has there been a role model you have looked to for inspiration?
My mum was a strong inspiration - working as an accountant in the male dominated tabacco industry. My father also proviided inspiration as he has three girls who he encourages to reach for the stars and never say that you cannot achieve anything because you are only a woman. He now passes this vision on to his three granddaughters!
