Any industry relies on Role Models for others to look to; for direction and inspiration, the building industry is no different.

We are proud to present and salute the following Role Models; each of these inspiring ladies demonstrate skill and knowledge in their chosen fields, within the following categories;   

• Design Team

   Each of the ladies in our Design Team were integral participants, from contracting to purchase the block of land, handling the conveyancing, drawing up plans that met all of the criteria outlined in the design brief- to designing our Logo as "representative of women in building retaining their femininity" and the very website we have dedicated to this National first project. We profile each of these skillfull women to gain an insight into their chosen careers. Of course there is one man, John Hill, who is our project certifier- this indicates that certification is an area that women have not yet fully tapped into.

• Construction Team

  Each of the ladies in our Construction Team have committed to work as an effective team, collectively contributing their knowledge, cooperation and talent to construct this showcase as a benchmark that demonstrates the outstanding quality, ingenuity and resourcefulness women bring to this dynamic building industry. They represent the coalface of changing perceptions; whereby the building industry offers many opportunities for those who are committed and determined to succeed, regardless of gender.

• Supply Team

The women we profile in our Supply Team, are characteristic of the enormous number of women who are achieving their goals, they carry effective positions of influence, importance, reliability and are fundamental to the successful progress of not only each project in isolation, but also the the building industry itself.

• Mentors

These women have done the hard yards, they exhibit determination, integrity, expertise and a genuine desire to instill their knowledge in others to encourage excellence and perseverance. They understand the importance of mentoring as a mechanism that is essential to foster and support those who are endeavouring to achieve their own aspirations.
